Transfer from Lilith to Core

i cannot believe it... some of my accounts were actually recovered! (not fully, but level and gear seems right, as most of the items as far as i remeber) it's just a shame that no information was send via support panel or forum, which i was watching daily just to see the progress.... but hey, that's virtually the only account i didn't get the message. i had some other accounts restored, and there is a message on the support panel. my bad ******* luck...

 

gm's. can you tell me what position in queue have my ticket (ref. 2305-yfkm-0854)?

only thing i want to know. you are not answering for my ticket.

it was sent 22nd nov (then 26th nov and 9th dec), your first and only response i get on 19th dec about creating specific char on core, then i was answering you 7 times (last my answer was sent today - 10th april) and still no character and do response from you... i already took almost 5 months and sill nothing. and all about is for only one char...

so please. tell me what place in queue is my ticket? and how long it can take to give me back my character?

 

gm's is any chance to get back my character? i do not write a petition in time coz i didnt know about any new patch. i stopped play in july 2013 and now i download a game and my char disappear.
