Frost start, but not L2

my client is installed, and i get all the right menu's.

when i click the play button, frost starts, and checks for updates,
and the loading screen from frost appears for a few seconds,

then nothing.


// what i tried:
reinstalled 4game client
cleared frost folder and system folder and did a repair over the 4game site.
started browser as admin.
did the c++ reinstall.
rebooted
tried different browsers
added game folder to exclusion folder form av.

but still no result.

 

exactly the same problem! :[ the square window with "loading..." appears for a while and then nothing happens
