why i should care about problems like this if i don't give a **** even if someone near me breake his leg? it looks like from series in fb: hit like and share. and starving africa kids gets 1$ from each like for food. or like and share. and when we reach 1kk likes someone will be curied from cancer hiv or aids. this is bull*** thats what i think.

so yes, i do believe that this is helping, even there's a lot of scumbags that just want to draw attention, it draws enough attention for the people that are willing to donate. even then, it's each person's decision and financial situation that determine if he will donate or not. i still want to have "faith in humanity" and believe those money will be used in a way to help people, be it with scientific research or just to aid the sick.

i'm sure 98 % of community have no clue what als mean and accepting challenge just for fun. actually from whole idea is better to reject challenge and donate. cold water should be "punish" for ppl who doesn't wanna donate.

yes, logy, it's true that the bucket should be the punishment, but it would be boring if all those people were posting how they pay with paypal or write check's, right ? so the way to spread it is to make the bucket as well, it shouldn't stop you from donating.
