Trouble with account

hello, im from spain so i dont know lot english, the trouble is that i have been 1 month without connect since 1/august until 1/september today and i logged with my account and my char isnt in the account,i had something like 0,16 euros from premiun account that i bought since start and when i logged my account had 0 euros ,the char isnt in the account but my friends have me in friendlist like 1 month disconnect, the char is in redguard lvl 99wynn, is named simole and i want to know where is the char, its imposible that someone stolen me, no one know my account and pasword, i need answer soon plis, i dont know where post this post because i dont use forum never. thank you.

if not you need to create a ticket on support.

for issues related to your account you will need to create a ticket to support and they will look into the issue for you - this is not a game bug and account related queries can not be dealt with on the forum.
