since pts is up by maybe 2 weeks and npcs like cat/gm shop are already there, can we know how much to wait to make lvl 99 chars and start to test new race/chronicle?

pts environment will be prepared for players when upcoming update will be available to open tests.
otherwise there are no cats and gmshops. reason for that is these npcs will dissapear after server restart.
pts is restarted few times a day.
