Can't receive mail

when i log i have mail icon, in left bottom corner i have 1 for unread mails, but when i open mailbox or click the mail icon for received mail i dont have any unread mails or any mails with not taken attachment (ive checked all pages in inbox). i reloged, even from whole game and again same. its mail receive from ah for expired time for item, so if u know how to receive my item back ill be very greatful if u help me. ty in advance.

edit: after some time and few restarts everything is fine
