i'm having some problems with sony vegas 12 :s
the fraps im using has a great quality but as soon as i render it is pixelated and blurry.
i read about other ppl having this issue and the problem should be in the rendering options but i don't understand much about video quality/fps etc; could anybody give me a hint?

i'm using output format: mainconcept avc/aac - sony tablet 1080p or internet hd, then click customize template. frame size - custom if you play windowed and enter captured footage screen pixel dimensions, or just pick a preset if you play full screen.
    frame rate - 30
field order - none (progressive scan)
    pixel aspect ratio 1.00...

under project tab choose video rendering quality :best

also some people said before that vmw 9 is also fine.

just finished rendering, huge pixels, very difficult to even understand what's going on.

at some point the quality drops, like this:

    deinterlace method: none
    field order: none
xvid, two pass, target bitrate: 3000-9000
xvid "single pass" is faster, but the colors will become dark.

for audio, use acm, 16/32 bit stereo, 48000 hz

at least that's how i remember it.

if you are not frapsing in fullscreen, then check the actual resolution of the clip and open project with exactly same resolution. right click on the clip and disable resample.
