Don't send after new update

    hello, after new update i can't launch client. when i press play button, its starts loading, but error occurs.
    "launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience."
    then i clicked to see more details it says that the error is in
    c:\docume~1\gintas\locals~1\temp\wer4990.dir00\lineageii.exe.mdmp
    c:\docume~1\gintas\locals~1\temp\wer4990.dir00\appcompat.txt
    i tried deleting frost and system folder, but it didn't helped, also tried reinstalling all 4game application and downloading lineage2 again.
    i don't have antivirus and i tried to turn off firewall too, im using windows exp.

    there are many people with that problem as well (i also have it) we are not getting any answer from dev team, innova has a great technical support team i guess...
