    they have problems at every maintenance cause they work like this:

    dude1: we have to set the server time to winter time. do you know how to do that?
    dude2: no. we should ask a gm, they know everything.
    dude1: are you on drugs man? they dont work at weekends.
    dude2: than... i have an idea. we should go to the mcdonalds maybe they can help us.
    dude1: great idea. what if ppl will ask why the maintance last this much?
    dude2: we will say, we just dusting the server.

    this is the innovastyle.
