well, according to the rules gms answer within 10 working days. i know you guys are more used to 1-2 days, but as the announcement in the top part of the forum says, "due to problems with transfer time for tickets processing has been extended."

so it should be and so it will be.

 

since olympiad cycle resetted today, i bet both days will be classbase. with 10 points and 30 match

or you gonna fix the olympiad points also that people got at november 1?

 

well thats just a "compensation" cycle.

the original cycle which should've happened on the first november is what i posted and you also said.

this friday should be the 2nd day of cb and this saturday first day of open oly week #1.

 

yes, but since the cycle is resetted, i am not sure.

also there is more problems, about played matches numbers and points at november 1.

 

i took hero, but i dont see myself in the olympiad hero list at game

are you kidding? i wanna wear my hero cloak and hero weapon... and still dont have answer from support4game so great. i'm agreee that is a free game but almost everyone got pa acc so really try to be professional and give us our hero cloack, something for wasting our time, and someone from innova team should quit that amazing team for doing a great job.

 

if you guys think that you will get your hero status back, better shave your butts and prepare couse you gonna get f***** there just like lilith players few moths ago :d:d

fellows, you can wear your hero weapons, but equipping a cloak is technically impossible and will remain impossible until the end of oly cycle. the problem with the hero list is the same - we have given you the hero status manually, but the system doesn't count you as heroes.

 

so, i made 15 matches on saturday, which now counts for nothing. (how lovely)

my question is:
everyone will have to make 30 matches on friday to be able to do full matches this week ? it was supposed to be saturday+friday, and change week after friday olympiad... so now everyone will have to make 30 matches in 1 day?

why couldnt you guys give hero status manually to heroes from lilith as you promised?

 

i don't understand why you always have some problems, why it's normal on ru and other servers, but not on our...

 

i don't think gms from lilith could promise you that because there can't be 2 heroes of the same class.

points that we got last saturday (nov 1) in cb will be restored or they will remain deleted?
