Brooch introduction estimated time?

christmas and new year bonuses must come from somewhere.

what would you care, what community of players, who pay your job, think and say? majority of people on core do not want brooches, but no one care. when i change server from naia to core i was happy, there are no brooches at all, because those items are in game for no reason, they just make your money transfer from your pocket to their pocket. i do not see any point have such a items in game, it is not needed. i actually thought hunter talismans etc are here instead of brooches. why do you have to add something like this into game? next time when you will want make more money, make any random item what will increase your pvp dmg and put it in shop. it will be exactly the same....

and i agree with that guy with above me.

 

who say's y ouhave to buy these things to enjoy the game? you have managed without it so far right?
if you all think its too expensive, just don't buy. simple like that. personaly i would not be worried about those few who can pay the price. no matter the price some can/will buy it anyways. the others have to make a lot of accounts with noble chars and spam oly non-stop for ge's

 

if you want to play top rate pvp, you have to buy them. good luck with farming ge in olympiad for brooches and getting items you really need after.

 

game is too old, in next year new gen mmorpg will rain from the sky and they know it.. it will be doom for l2. so they milk the cow till the end! so max 1-2years left...

as for now enjoy game, till u can. brooch or other **** do not matter... just have your fun, if no more fun u know what to do...

 

end game pvp? you have at least 50b+ for it? or for good char 150+? if no what u even discuss brooch... for it to have max u need only like 5b?...

why you need the brooches for top pvp? as far as i read in the forums, 99% do not want them and not buy them b/c its to expensive. if no one have those, you don't need them right?

you can play l2 in 2 ways. cheap and slow, farm everything you need and be prepared to be occupied for the next 12 months or go the fast lane, pwrlvl a char 99 in less then 2 weeks and spend $$$ in l2store to get your char decked out with top pvp gear in less then 1 month. it allways have been this way, in god and classic, if you want to ride the fast lane you'll have to be prepared to cheat and / or pay r/l currency.

 

how many already mmorpg has been released into market and still people try new ones and come back to lineage , a lot quited and a lot left .. ,but some still plays and enjoy the game .. i doubt it gonna die in 1-2 years but who i'm question "god" :d and actually u're right brooches gonna cost not much i would say ,but if u can't afford those i don't want start tell u about jewels or set or dyes or i can keep going about what u need for top pvp if u mean by pvp agains people who top gear and not some seraph or r99 simple sets

 

and u need 5 lvl to pvp? u need to get at least 3 level and it's enough for pvp .. 5 level i think only people with very big pocket gonna have and i won't say name .. and those gonna be few .. not every person in server

 

who is mostly crying here they will be the first with lv5 jewels.

 

worst problem is not just have it. one of worst problem will be if it just stay 2 weeks in l2 store. so extreme rich ppl can have lvl 5 fast, and who can't spend much money insta will have low lvl jewels...

as i already said in this topic, jewels will stay in l2store. the "2 weeks" part is only on a sale at brooch release

exactly, as i understand onyx message, you have brooch/jewels on l2store and mammon, and the two first weeks of release you'll have a discount in l2store.

 

i think i need to explain the way brooches are going to be introduced more bluntly.

brooches and jewel boxes (with random jewels) available permanently at mammon - yes

a limited amount of level 1 jewels (not random, you can choose any) available for 2 weeks at l2 store - yes
