compensation for the down time should not be herald spawning / angel cat spawning at specific day/hours. this is not a real and fair compensation.
take a player that planned to play the day the server was offline and can't play the day herald / angel cat spawns, this player have simply no compensation.
you should give everyone that tried to log / everyone that logs more than 30 seconds the day the server crash xp/sp/vita items that they can use when they want/can

 

relax when they steal our money?
i hope you are not acting like that when you buy a new tv and 2 days after it stops working and in store tells you "relax we will fix it after 1 mont (or maybe more)". coz i think that situation is same. but they just dont care. they want only our money and give us crapy services.

 

nc care for $$ only since goddess realease, the "free to play model" never worked, cos most of players been catched in an endless trap of paying to win, u cant blame community managers for that, they re not the "bosses" of this game/server, nc soft putted the seed of greed to the players and now they re harvesting ur $$ or euros, its the same situation for most
popular online games, if u like the game as it is nowdays just play it, things ll not go better, if u dont like it just go home

 

free to play alwasy work cause players are in $$ traps. for company always works.
why ppl cant understand, money rule the world. and in novadays eveyone want to get moeny. so they looking for wayt to get it. if that would be your game, you servers you would to exactly the same... so crying for nothing.
otherhand is speak about services by company what is in my opinion tragic. support - very bad /events 50% of them can be enjoied by all players. 50% of events (like last "pvp" event) is unaccetable on server cause its not fair to everyone. event is event and everyone should have the same chances as competition, not like pvp/rb events. communication and takeing server community opinion - zero.

 

so true... everything. and still, ppl spending thousand of euros for the offline server + lol events + etc.
