i bought ssb from a guy in toi.the money have been taken from my inventory but i didn't get any soulshots.and it happened the same with ssc once. is it a bug players try to exploit or does it happen unintentionally?
dear zarawn, as arcain asked did you try to relog cause maybe items bugged? if yes was it fixed? if you did and you still didn't have ss, try take a screenshot and submit a ticket support.4game.com kind regards.
