every fcking update fcking problem still the same

every your fcking update i have the same fcking problem for months already,

and all this "tech support" can tell me is to restart aplication, computer, resintal everything.
great but guess what, i tried it already!!!! i dont have to be it master to get the idea of reinstal/restart.

every fcking update i have "update" button instead of "play", and sometimes it takes month to turn into "play", sometimes week, sometimes couple of hours.

so i ask gently can you pathetic tech support at least pretend that you want to help me?

 

issue fixed thru team viewer session.
antivirus was blocking frost each time while update, there was no possibility of adding exception.
