Why not a Tyrr in CP?

hi, sorry for my english.
why nobody want a tyrr in your cp?
is it useful for something a tyrr in pvp?

people just looking feoh, othell, yul ...
why not a tyrr? they are a dd also ...

are nerf the tyrr in this chronicle?

 

because people want a class that does "big" damage and tyrr does not do that (unless with very good equipment). just like archer. people want only feohs and daggers right now. nothing else. it's sad

 

well. there are many people who play this class and i suppose are working hard towards making people convinced tyrrs are useless as their main goal in game. this is why. when certain conditions are met, there is no better pve grind machine than a tyrr i can imagine; and in pvp they are viable also, but... this requires far more gear and skill than going around and facestabbing people for a few thousands, or is far more less obvious than using all the boosts and going pewpewpew.

 

tyr is kinda dead class u see a lot of them runing around ,but very few in pvp's ... i know like only rly just few who play actively play tyr in pvp

 

the problem lies on the impact a tyrr brings to a party pvp, in most cases you will do 7v7 where tyrr fails to deliver as much as other classes, except for wynn which has the same issue as tyr. they both act as an hybrid class that are ok at everything but master only cc still good p def, atk, m def, hp.

see it this way:

a tyrr has good cc for aoe, but a dagger has the same cc for single target while doing x5 more dps in shorter amount of time. a tyrr would survive more than a dagger, however a dagger nulifies the enemy dmg by simply killing them faster, which allows your party to survive. a tyrr can only make your party survive through cc which is nulified by purges/immunities.

a nuker/yull are ranged, that be default give extremely better party mobility along with dmg and no downtimes on dps cause you can hit moving targets. nuker cc still one of the most broken aspects of this game.


the only way a tyrr can be of any rly good use to a party is if your party is based solely on physical dps and has good gear, this way, other dds do not die fast (due to good gear) and are able to shutdown focused target if needed (like for example healer) to keep up tyrr cc relevant on all stages of pvp.

the tyrrs that can impact game depending on situation is mostly warlord and doombringer, that can nulify less geared ppl or random un-purged targets on mass pvp while being able to enter batlefield.


in other words, the tyrr acts as a tank to party without agression nor ud....

 

tyrr requires a skill to play and gear and to be in proper pvp party as a tyrr you would have hard time proving you'd be useful anyway.

doombringers with stun attack setup are really annoying not only in mass pvp but in 7v7 aswell. played well in timing your skills would result to disabling your enemies. but it's a different approach to the game as these days folks just go for dps setups.

i think there was one team which consisted only of tyrrs as dds in amc and was doing pretty well. titans i guess.

 

The problem is the tyrr skill critics is so low compared to archers / daggers and feohs...
They dont have lethal... (except final attack whit mob 10% hp..)
They dont overdamage feohs in aoe and dont have snare....
They hit less to single target than an archers....

They are good just for pull or solo aoe in places that u can exp solo. (the only exception is titan that gives nice damage)

But for me is still the most excite class to see in pvp cause u need to use all our gameplay to survive and won other classes.

 

There is always some classes that are worst of them all. Now for a few years tyrs is worst class for everything.
Maybe after some really big, game changing, update, some other class will be worst. But probably such update will come only after 5 years or more, if l2 will still be alive.

 

tyrrs are fine u all just bad.
