    the 10% m.atk of this accessory, we're talking about the base damage i have on the char or is added to the total damage i could have?

    is it better an accessory +3 int or 10% m.atk?

    in general, 2% m atk =1% damage and +1 int = +0.7 to +1% damage
    m atk hat is always better.
