Tallum and Dark Crystal unidentified?

i was looking around in shops and lux shop for dc or tallum unidentified and all i found was full items.
according to god patch notes on ncsoft website u should be able to buy everything untill low s grade in unidentified. so why isn't dc and tallum in there, only nm and maj?
anyone know if this is a "bug"? and if so, is innova gonna fix it?
