Mystic Immunity

i just got the skill and notice that mine -25% cd reduce passive skill does not affect it. is that a bug?

 

i think that -25% cd dont affect pre-awake skills

 

what do you mean "it does not afect it"?

before you awaken you have "quick recovery" that passively grants 20% cooldown reduction on skills. when you awaken you get aditional 5%, if you are hierophant you get another 5% at lvl 85. do you know the base re-use of mystic immunity? it's 150 seconds, which means 2minutes and 30 seconds. check how much re-use you have unbuffed.

 

actually id does lower the cd of the skill, its nice... what items i can stack for more quicker re-use?

and what is the maximum % reduce cooldown i can stack with items?

 

necklace 10%
+8 light set 10%
shirt 3% (+8 or higher elemental/shiny shirt)

 

are there any other items that lower the cd?

 

there are 2x refresh augments you can put on items. nothing more, i guess, since it's a magical skill.
