Account dead end

hello, i'am having problems with my account. the e-mail adress used to create my account got blocked few days ago. that was my main mail and i never sent spam mails as they claimed. i could not pass the hotmail recovery process and i cant log into my mail ever since. at one point i made a change on notification adress and replaced the blocked hotmail with another new adress. the problem is that for confirmation i still need to log into hotmail. i would appreciate some advice on what to do or try next.
