Problem With Game. Launcher failure.

hello i've searched almost every topic but did not find solution to my problem.
after pushing the play button i have regulations acceptance, next the small loading bar and then launcher error.

if anyone solved this or know a solution. pls tell me

i've tried different browser (ie and ff), reinstalled 4game and l2 many times. scanned my computer.

i work on win7
