Soul Mastery

i've reacheed the 49 lvl and my soul mastery is at the lvl where i should have 20% chance to recieve an additional soul on critical hit. well, maybe it's just me and this topic is pointless, or maybe this thing isn't quite working. as a berserker myself, i'm doing a lot of critical hits and it may not noticible on regular mobs - but when i encounter raid bosses, who require lot's of hits - i don't see any of additiona souls, though i do lot of critical hits and with 20% chance i should recieve atleast one. =/

 

it doesn't work on us server either, seems like a hardcoded bug.

 

i wonder if the developers know about it and do they plan to fix that?
