Having troubles connecting to PTS

hello,

i've been trying to connect to the pts server, i've downloaded the client and it starts smoothly.
but when i reach the server selection i press confirm, and i have a message popping up always:

"you have been disconnected from the server". i'm logged in at eu.4games.com/lineage2 so i don't see the problem login in.

and if i run the game again it says my account is already in use. i've already tried with a different account and it gives me the same error.

any thoughts of what it can be? i'll wait for an answer.

update: i uninstalled 4game and deleted it's folder on my computer. installed it again, downloaded the game once more and i managed to connect. try it and see if it works for you
