Bug on Dissolve (aeore healer)

i don't know if it's the good section but i think the skill "dissolve" is not working well.
in description (and when i had used it on your own obt server), it says it gives a boost of 100 speed.

right now when you use this skill, you don't receive the buff with the +speed.

could you look into it please ?

increases matk by 6%
patk of party members using bows/crossbows by 6%

i don't know about archers in party but i don't see the difference in my matk with toggle activated or not.

 

this stuff increases for your party, u wont get effect from that.

 

for the first skill, you need to actually hit mobs with it to enable the speed buff.

 

you have to recieve dmg for speed to enable (very good in pvp against warrior type classes)
