    hi !
    i wanted to know if there is a way to purchase the pa for someone .
    do i have to log on his account? or can i buy it in mine and transfer it?

    just like with purchasing multiple pa account i think you need to log in to the other account and upgrade it i dont see any transaction possibility on the site.

    make him/her register on paypal, send him money sounds like one option. or log with his/her account (even though account sharing is offense as per user agreement afaik) and pay yourself.
