4game app doesn't download client

hi, yesterday i tried to play l2, i clicked install in the website and i downloaded the 4game installation. i installed it, i clicked to go to 4games website, and when it says to wait to check wether i have l2 installed, there no happens nothing more (sorry for my english). i have the 4game app opened, but it doesn't download the client. i did the same in my portable and works 100%, but no in this pc. i have took the client from the portable to this one, i go to website and no play button. i don't know what to do .
