Mixing Urn, what to do? Possible bug

hey guys, atm i got 10 moon dust and 1 quicksilver, and i want to mix those reagents into 1 lunargent,
but, whenever i try using the urn i get the message i do nothave the required mats.

anybody experienced same problem?

 

are u sure u put 10 moondust to the urn instead 1 mss again?
are u sure u have 1 quicksilver?
are u sure u have the urn targeted?

if all 3 works, no idea

 

havent double checked if i have the urn targeted, but other two things are just fine, will check

 

was working fine for me 2 days ago.

do you actually speak to urn? or just try to throw items on it by draggin them?

 

i have been playing lineage since c4, have done this several times, never had a result like this
