Bug with Logitech keypad g110

hi all , i've recently buy my new keypad , the g110 from logitech and the 12 " g " can't be use in shortcut, please how can i do
because when i creat a new profil , i take the lineage2.exe application to be the game , and in game nothing happened , i still can't us g1 etc
i remember when a friend was playing with a similar keypad in the time of ncsoft and it worked perfectly ...
so please , help me for the new year incoming !!
