in ru server u can buy everything only for 1rub(chars 100lvl, cars, ak-47, deagle other crazy ****, im not joking).
in nclolwest server u can buy only buffs .
now go play in your nclolwest

sorry noisy, but only you made offtopic in this thread, saying to ignore facts and arguments is absurd. everyone said their opinion and noone violated rules. if one person who didn't wanted anything bad to say insulted bit and another person expressed himself with sarchasm to say he's point, it doesn't mean they did something that to get banned.

well, yeah we will have smilar version cash shop as in ru official, but still keep in mind shop may be bit different. maybe we don't need to understand russian to know whats going on 4game in russia, maybe we should wait for our version shop presented in english to understand, no?

shortly, my opinion is same: ruoff > ncwest and euoff = ruoff.

 

leveling 3 times faster then normal .. surely not op.. hmm .. 1 week = 3 , 1 month = 3 .. makes me wonder if i can afford to have hollydays... ah wait i can get pa! to get back on track.. not!

 

why would you get a pa? it might buff your bed performance but definitely not your in-game performance ;x

ot: afaik both cash shops have their pro's and cons where i even would say ncwest's shop is more op then innova's

 

to make server's like innovas need money to pay for everithing so if they put all sh1ts to shop who gonna buy them? then how they will pay to keep server?ofc some items need be good and its "chance"you can buy 30 times and not get something good like anakim..most of you complaining about this items and you have played in pvp servers with max weap like +16 and donate +30 or epics this effect gaming not innovas items.and is simple if you dont like dont play (btw no serius reason to not play here for me items is ok)its company somehow they need to earn money

exp, sp, aden, items- 1 (х1 rate)
with vitality points exp, sp - 1*2 (total 200%)
you can uses vitality items - 5

with pa
exp - 1 + 1 (х2 rate)
wiht vitality points exp - 1+1*3 (total 400%) sp - 1*3 (total 300%)
you can use vitality items - 10

maximum exp rate

without pa: 1(base) * 2(vitality) + 0.5(exp rune) + 0.5(nevits glasshours) = х3
with pa: 1(base) + 1(па) * 3(vitality) + 0.5(exp rune) + 0.5(nevits glasshours) = х5

pa costs ~9$ on ruoff

 

sadly they are. there's always something to qq about.

i will not discuss who got the most op cash shop but 1 thing im sure, ncsoft release much more info and show much more interest on his players than innova. the server will open tomorrow and we dont know anything more.

the only quality that inova got is a better security system.

 

you can use zranger without any updates at na servers

wow ppl still crying about op items in shop and ebay in l2.both of them,innova and nc have op items in store.in l2 like in any other game ebay exist and will exist forever and ofc ppl that have a lot of money to spend for game will be in front.

@vivinia where is that exploration pack in ncsoft shop?...i cannot find any....there 3 packs adventure,destiny and discovery and none of them have bless enchants inside
