Maintenance or Server restart reset quest!?

hi today i made the quest rebellion of monsters and before maintenance i killed all jaguar and got dced after that cause of maintenance. after i relog i saw that my quest counter for the mobs reset to zero. thx for that. its nice to know that you can get this only with self-awareness.

this is btw a good pluspoint for your server policy cause your maintenance got announce great 15h before. that's pretty good for working ppl to read your announced and finish that quests cause there is so much time for that

so my question is.

reset a server restart your quest or only maintenance? if maintenance reset your quest, was it only today or will every maintenance reset that kind of quests?
