I'm disconecting from server

but i got lags as well, also wasd movement is annoying..most mmorpgs these days allow better control of movement over character even older like shaiya

i haven't faced this problem till now.
yesterday i played some hours without disconnection problems. however, now i can't play for longer than few seconds!
i have been disconnected in less than a minute several times this morning...

 

i've tryed to re-install all game from the begin but nothing ....

 

i want to plaaaaaaaaaaayyy!

 

still dc all the time ;/

 

guys i've tryed to log in my old account in naia server. no disconnection problem... i've a bit of lag but nothing else .. never dc problem..
i'm waiting the innova staff/team...

 

meanwhile the ppls go for lvl 60 and i'm lvl 25 !!

added the port and still get dced.


i was thinking it was the traffic shapping that my isp does, but today morning i still get dced... and the ts only happens at night (i can guarantee it because i work at my isp).

4game support has answered my ticket and said they were going to contact me today... i'll wait for their answer.


edit: even so, today i'll try with another isp to see what happens.


edit 2: got a feedback from a friend of mine who uses the same isp as i do, he plays without any kind of problem. is something in my computer that i can't find out what... :s

 

btw i have tested this and doesn't work, at least for me.

 

i was behind internet provider firewall, i report problem at give him required game ip 109.105.156.11 and port 17453, he unblock it, its works, 30 min without dc

i dont know if its frost, when i play like 10 mins i get like masive lag and after5 secs it says you have been disconected from the server

if wanna check conecction

 

1 router. 2 pc with cable. l2 files copy from first pc to second pc. second pc l2 work good, first pc dc and dc, no antivirus, no firewall...

 

try run it as administrator or chek antivirus, found few guyz that got same problem as u , problem was frost, so add frost in trusted file list and try again _

 

cant any admin pun an official answer about this thread ?

 

we already contacted the 4game costumer support and we're waiting for their answer. also a forum mod has told us that they're doing all they can to discover the problem and will post any news asap...

we need to wait 'till they do their jobs! it's just a matter of time untill they come out with a solution.

do you know if the re instalation/download of the server could fix it ?

 

personally i haven't tried that yet. but from what i've read here, the users who did that didn't get any difference.

i'll try to delete the system folder and the frost folder and try to repair it from the website.

what firewall do you use?
