I'm disconecting from server

its the 4 time that i will say it

check the god damn mtu setting both on windows and on router

 

i use firewall of windows but i disconected, conected, put on exeption all files and problem persist =s

i also have problem with being disconected, but slightly different. i havent read all 15 pages ofc, so maybe this was mentioned before.. (pls link)
i get disconnected, but no within 1 min after loging in or something, but totally randomly, yesterday like 2 times per whole day, today 3 times in 6 hrs... wtf :d

 

what i did now is that i opened the task manager(ctrl+alt+del) and literary stopped/tried to stop every single running process so everything not necessary for the windows was stopped. it kinda extended my ingame time before dc by 10 seconds, i could get the first quest and almost got to the square!!!

 

okay guys i might have found the solution, i simply deleted the remaining ncsoft folder in my program files (c:/program files/ncsoft) and now i am in the game for about 5 min without dc yet.

maybe someone suggested it already or you tried it a 100 times, for me it worked to delete frost context and do full update hope it will work for some of you

 

i have the same problem, i disconnected from the server every 10 min -.-.. 1 hours = 10 or 15 disconnect u_u to play is impossible solution now please u_u

 

they're working on it.... as you can see you're not the only one with this prob....

 

i deleted ncwest last week and it only fixed my dc problem for a day, it is not a solution unless there were something that i don't know remaining here

 

guys i've tryed to format my pc. no way.. :/

 

i choose my character, press start, its loading and then "you have been disconnected from the server. please login again." its like telling me - "you have been loading for too long so ima dc your *** now". yes, everytime :*(

frost is not downloading s_info.ini and gameguard.des

 

omfg can some body tell me why the hell i can play max 30min w/o dc? and whats more funny its not matter of lagg or ping, im running i get dc. im hitting mobe i get dc, and best was when i loged in to game pushed button "next tartet" holded it for 30s (because i wanted finish 2nd prof quest and kill monest) and what happen, after 3 min i got dc. i cant go instance like kamalok, because i never end it. always dc during it.


and what is more funny sometimes after trying fast log in back i get info that im loged in already. so its look like this is not problem of server side, but client side.

the problem started after update client when server started. when there was beta test i didn't had this problem. also i had to uninstall 4game, and reinstal it again to update it because wasn't able to do it.
on ncwest don't have this problem. problem occur only on this server/client. can you explain me why and how to solve it?

 

and i forgot to add that this sh1ty client cant close itself. and cant run. after it run's and i get dc, window is shutting down but process is still up.

i have to kill it from task manager. than run it from web "play", but even than this **** game cant start. frost is starting, process is starting, it takes ram and looks like running but there is no game window?
