I'm disconecting from server

what is it? just run it or need do something more

 

omfg why am i disconnecting at the point where my character logs into the game!!?? somebody help pls !!! :*( i cant take it anymore..goodbye cruel world _______________

 

iâ´ve been having the same problem i log in to game play for 5 min and i get dc.

anyone have a solution?

 

i got an aswer from the 4game support today. they told me that they haven't found the source of the problem and are still searching for the solution...

can u look at my logs from wireshark?:>

 

try to enter with lower setting enabled

 

thx but how do i do that unless im in game ? is it trough that file called "option" and what to change ? still i doubt this will solve the problem..
oh i just have to delete file and l2 will create new one with lowest settings.

if you get disco msg when your char showed up then you can change settings from system menu
i got this all the time in gludio my pc couldnt load of those chars and cubics lol

 

i get disco msg after i click start and character loads into game, its like there is 15 sec lag in loading screen and then the msg pops up, even tho i changed settings to lowest..
btw how can i submit a ticket cause i ve been searching for that but found nothin -.- ?

 

not support for this problem ? dc, dc, dc ...
i was fortunate to have two 30-minute session without dc, but after ... dc 15s, dc 1 min, dc ... /quit

i wait one week and i will surely return ncwest.
in all cases, with such a problem, we'll think about it 2 times before making an account.

 

disconetion problem still my numer 1. here are things that are already done:
mtu is changed to 1492, my firewall is dissabled, av is dissabled with servisec msc, ncsoft files are deleted, all pings are working, all ports are open,

after talking with support, basically it comes down to their problem.

they basically told me that the server stress is too great and that it is causing people to timeout and disconnect. both in game and on the loading screen.

seems to me that bunch of amateurs run this server so i gues i will go to ncsoft where i can try l2 wo problems.

 

so why is always us? if this is it its should kick randomny ppls ;/ they told u then they try to fix it?;<
