the same problem here. it's so anoying that admins can't help us. i think we should to tell this, we'r glad to see you here radix, you'r the one who is helping us when admins are doing big s**t right now - no posts etc. any one got solution for now ?

ok, its not the dns either, tried googles one and aint working either (more stuff discarded)

 

rafftp, "admins" don't work with network logs or traceroutes... this is task for tgm (tech gms), engineers or frost devs (if it's frost kick).

 

btw is it needed to install winpcap for wireshark?

 

zorben, yes. winpcap is required for ws
rafftp logs - seems to be a frost kick (some rules violation or conflict with some software on pc)

 

i'm just sick of that, all the time when they reach 1 poin further, we get another problem and so far. i was so happy that we had an update, and now im just borred and helpless becouse i dont know that it will be able to play here for me if tgms, as you says, will not help us.

 

rafftp, tgms takes feedback from gms / support specialists... so your feedback to official support is required too, i think =)

rafftp after net logs analysis -> frost kick 100%
we need to find out what conflicting with frost driver (this is usually security software with some options like "parental control" / "selfdefence" / "proactive monitoring" and others).
