Cant open L2 Store

as title says the shop window is not popping p ingame....

 

system / options / window loc. reset

 

already did that.... still doesnt show up...

 

where do you try to open a private shop and how exactly?

 

im not talking about a private shop...
i meant the premium shop...

sry for the bad english.

 

try to change game resolution, its has helped before with not opening window problems

 

doesnt help....

id love to spend some €€€ on the shop, but i just cant access it....

anyone from innova can help about this?

 

try to delete windowsinfo.ini from system folder and re-update the client
if doesn't help contact with support.4game.com
