Rainbow Springs Chateau - Registration Bug

first of all im writing here because petition system is not working and its almost impossible to find any gm in game.

rainbow springs registration date is bugged since 31.12. it's still showing 01:00 am which is impossible for conquerable ch (same time each 21:00). during raibow springs clan hall game (31.12) nobody was able to enter the arenas.
please fix this bug and return registration items to clans that signed in. i know it's possible.

server time was changed during last maintenance.
