Error unable to loggin

hello. im opening the 4game webpage and i click the play button...then it opens the frost photo of some weird kamael.....and then it just closes. i tried many times and once it opened l2 in black screen and closed it. i dont use any 3rd party programme but i used in the past...now its uninstalled....can anyone help me play by telling me what's wrong:s?
