Can't get into the game

hello, first of all, sorry for bad english..
second, i have some serious problem. dont know if someone else have it, i just need your help. when i choose my character, and want to start the game, i almost always get this

i tried to create new characters to check if i can login with them, and sometime it worked, but most of the time, i cant even create them, cuz when i push the create button, i also get dc.. dunno what is wrong. my game is up to date and fixed. tried to do pc rr, router rr, nothing worked.

 

through a router there are more computers in the network? try to translate the router in bridge mode

 

yeah, there are other computers connected to router. how can i do that?

 

ok, i saw that if i wait a bit longer in a character selection room, i manage to connect to game, but when it loads i instantly get dc.. even my skill, chat, character doesnt load. i just see adena stairs and dc window...

 

lol, i tried connect to aria server, and 3/3 success, and to core server whole ****ing morning 0 succesfull connects! is this server ****ed up, or what?

 

17453 and 7777 ports are accessible for you on 109.105.156.11 server (while dc)?
