    "our team cant fix anything only ncsoft can" you didnt understand?
    and who cares about your refund? did innova force you to buy a pa or something? its a free game now and they cant do many things in game because of the contract they made so please rage quit
    soon ppl will get tired of qq posts instead of problems in this server

    yesterday i was still experiencing strong ss lags at midnight. this su cks hard. prolonging pa's is a must.

    instead of premium topic author should pay money for a better internet connection. there are lags, but only 1-2 h max at evening not the whole day.

    i will post info when i have some - freshest updates are always here om the forum yet i need to get official info both from our side and korean one - and that takes time. ss lag, pa,capacity etc will be posted.
