Dark Elf casting speed issue

dark elf casting speed went 275 from 510 at lvl 1

while doing certification of the seeker i noticed my casting speed went real low all of a sudden (275) from 510. anything i can do about it ? i can never find a gm online.

i think the problem occurred when i teleported in the sagira ruins.

well, ofc different chars, also different lvl. i had to make another char to check it's c.speed... why are you so jumpy ? do you need attention ?

as for your problem. must be a particular case. i haven't encountered it. perhaps i haven't paid attention. i see in your 2nd screenshot you have the blessing of protection on, might have to do with this, or maybe not, worth looking into.

 

maybe you just wore new clothes? mistics get leather clothes from quest before ye sagira and they have skill that doubles their cast speed if they wear robe up+down, so if you changed clothes your cast would be about half of what it was before (not 50% due to buffs that change basic cast). is that the reason?

 

it might of been, i don't remember changing clothes till 20 though. anyway it's ok now at lvl 40 i got almost 600 c.speed
