Lags? Only me?

hello,
any ideas why only i got lags in game? my internet connection is fine, 10mb w/o troubles, checked it on site

5 sec lag every 5 sec

i know that theres info about ingame lags, but i asked few ppl and some say they dont have and some say they have also lags, but dunno if such badly as i have..

 

everyone is having ss/items/npc lags. when it comes to controlling your char or attacking its fine

nope, i mean also char control, its stucking my char for 5sec every 5 sec when im hitting smthing or so
