Cancel target to yourself??

afaik bullseye has a chance to disappear if the target is hit (which is annoying). kinda like how a stun skill works, also gets removed at a certain chance while the stunned player/npc gets hit.

 

those skills are bugged.

i have skill disparition - 7 out of 10 times i cannot target but i can use a skill on they previously targeted character (not only general hits). when disparition effect dissappear i can target my target again.

3 out of 10 times skill works correctly - i can target anyone but i cannot be targetted.
