i might be off totally here but could the problem of the item lag might indeed be caused by the event?seems like this is the only thing different from ncwest

yeah, your're rigth, i think.
but it's their strategy and we need to keep it in mind (and innova team should work with it may be in more flexible way if it's possible).

even i have received some information after ny (innova qa team helps a lot, thx), so don't blame fahrenheit or tgms so much - they strongly worry about you, they observed this problem in holidays but still waiting for nc recommendations (and then action!)

ok, i think i'm fully understand you... i will talk with them about this 'element' if i can. may be some responses from me or innova team / tgms will be accessible later about it. thanks for this accurately formulated community's opinion
