Question on PA

i could not find any information on this using the search box

if i have a premium account, and i am partying with people who do not have one, do i get the +extra exp ? or the exp gained is same to what i would get if i did not have a pa?

for information: being in a party with people who are not using a pa does not decrease your gained exp from 2x, therefore exp solo = 2x exp with pa, exp in party = 2x exp with pa
