What are you doing in office if many promises still are not finished?

intrepid2, wow) it's cool. you must to organize a user's poll for site design elements / content after that (i'm joking ofc, it costs much time and... money i'm sure). but if you want some kind of research on 4game forum i can help you with thread organization and live-discussion.

 

radix it seems like u are a part of the innova team .
1st thing can someone make a post with the innova team- admin team, tech team, gm team, forum team - and anything else i`m missing - ofc for ppl that we might see ingame or at the forums and can u be in a group with different color names ? i`ll post that at the feedback section 2.
and the thing the player base wants is communication - but not "i`ll ask tech/admin/gm team tommorow and tell you" and when tommorow comes there is no info not even after a month passes. just start comunicating with the players - say yes we can do that, no we can`t do that - for example innova made promises about new web page- this one ****s ! the lineage2.com that most ppl are used to opening even for eu servers is a rly good game page a lot better than the last few updates it had. and ours is ****ty not even a private java server has smth like this - i mean it might be amazing tech wise , but users , the mass are attracted by shiny good loking and userfriendly things - like info about the server - 2 servers, server status online/offline , sieges, game info , noticable forum, game account/ how to install game buttons(or download) this things looks like a poor blog/twitter mash up and is disgusting - sry but i don`t like what i see at all - and i`m rly sorry if i`m insulting someone but that`s what i think

about moderators never had problems with them but if they are really giving infraction points/banning ppl w/o reason be it via pm or if the forum has the option of writing a msg that the user will surely see when giving infractions - then even if they are doing on their own free will make them understand that`s wrong. if that`s not true when someone does smth wrong and starts whining in forum let the mod responsible (the one that gave the infraction) link the post/topic that he gave infraction points?? to the user and explain with 2-3 words why did he do this and end all stupid spam/flame and forum arguments

another thing - server time suddenly changed - no official info about that , and as i said smth about moderators - when they reply to players asking they say "please be patient i`ll ask and tell u when someone from innova answers me"- i understand that they are trying their best at this case but - come one innova help these ppl - at least find a way to send them msgs about announcements, events, server problems , current progress on ss lag/mentoring system / new page or whatever questions the player community has - they are just moderators and still ppl expect answers form them , help farenheit 2 , if needed get a 2nd community manager to help him - like 1 for core and 1 for aria , but give these ppl information - we would like to know how are things progressing , what are you working on, what have you done for the past week , if you want do a daily report don`t rly care but say smth to the ppl - now that`s just a random forum with some players in it but no server team whatsoever

radix if you are from the server team can someone confirm this - sry but i think you can understand me for wanting this. and if you are i`d be glad to talk with u in skype about things that are troubling me.

about my 'i`ll ask tech/admin/gm team' - see my message's story please (in the tech. thread especially). there is only 1 thread and 4 unread private messages when i don't share with players tech. info that i have... for example, intrepid2 and xrelapse (they really help so much) asking for tgms activity and today (!) they (tgms) can to introduce tech. team a bit =) i promised to ask about in-game petition system for intrepid2 and i will do it for him... some players wanting to know about 3-party cheat software and official thread's text is already in progress and i can check it's status every 10 minutes if needed =) and so on, and so on...

maybe you don't like me or my 'i'll ask' (it's my personal 'ask') but, thx god, i'm not cm so i feel free to use own style as community member. sorry =)

about infraction points... i don't understand you - on vb forum auto-message with ban-reason for user is by default... and always what you need - copy & paste broken forum rule and check the 'box' with points. nothing complex =) there is some profile infractions also (without auto-messaging) - but it's not for most of moderators i think. so your feedback about it is very strange for me. hmmm

about server time issue you could ask me or project's tgms... it's simple = event starting (maintenance) -> server time bug -> bug reporting from players & mods -> serious maintenance was needed (not only a part of personal!) -> but (!) holidays, i think -> maintenance is still needed -> ...

about team (mods + adm) intercommunications. i will think about it more. my friend, arcain give me awesome feedback about it too, so i have good material for serious dialog. thx and you too.

during today's work:

support.4game.com site availability issue was fixed... problem was because of high mtu parameter on server-side (web-server) and initial big packets was rejected by some provider's equipment.

if there are any troubles with it anyway - please push me =)

 

i stand in a freekin awfull "cant complete devils legacy" situation and i should post my bugreport to a site where i need to wait hours/days for an answer+fix just because the kings of soon decided to never log in?

intrepid2, sorry but i'm just reporting about issue-resolving with support-site (because of many players asking me to check this problem). it's not an answer on your in-game petition question. it's just info from me + requesting feedback (fixed or not).

 

well doesnt really matter "yet another case of the worst suppot team in history" i really start to believe that ncwest wasnt that bad at all actually compared to this it was quite good...i added my ticket 22min ago so its still fresh but alredy should have been resolved(and could have been resolved), but since theres 0 gm activity because they are just for spawning mobs i guess i just wait and stop playing till i get an answer+fix for it...

ok, just my 2 cents. but as far as i know, the instance isn't reseting when you get out/restart. you don't have to upgrade the weapon on all bosses, it doesn't matter, keep your own. have you come back inside and checked the last boss yet ? i'm sure it's there.

 

issue beeing the quest doesnt continue if i dont kill every boss before going for the final one. i got my answer on support site now i just need to wait till the instance resets itself.

 

ah, i though the instance would take a short amount of time to reset itself once you're outside (like he kama - 5mins). but regarding your issue it sounds like it's actually more.
cool news that you got an answer from the support site tho.

 

i made it there was a cooldown period thats all.(bigger issue is i found and alredy reported 1 exploit, 1 major geo bug and 1 mob bug there).
