No Play Button

hi, im playing here, something like 3weeks, at the start everything was ok, but since some time i cant see play/sign in button. sometimes i see that for a moment so i can click it but msot of time i cant..
here some things taht i tried to do:
reinstall 4game app [like 100times]
reinstall java
reinstall visual c++
cleaining cookies and all browser data
reinstall browser
cleaning registry cache etc with ccleaner
deleting some trashes with hijackthis
using differen browsers: chrome, ff, opera, ie9,10 i also update all other browsers.
deleting some dlls, that some moderator told that can help.
turning off adblock
im not using any antivirus, i was trying to turn off windows shield
and i wasnt sure if its not something wrong with my computer so i installed virtual machine with windows xp (32bit) and still no buttons
im using windows 7 [x64].

lf help, cause i have no more ideas

there was a problem with adobe flash **** long time ago. i updated it to the latest version and everything is ok now. but i also can only use ie. firefox has the same problem. keep in mind that normaly you dont need flash to get the play button. i dont know why it helped.

and maybe plz close all possible programs. there was also a problem with my mousesoftware so that i was not able to get the play button -.-

 

i was trying it, still it doesnt help, sometimes i see butoon, but most of time i cant

you have only "bring it to the attention" but i cant download or play. on site where is checking a 4game application nothing happen, play/download/fix button doesnt exist.

 

i had same problem... you need to uninstall 4game.exe and download it again from the site (make rr your pc after)..
try to dont open any other program exept l2..

 

i had the same prob, and i have a temp solution for it.
if u have firefox, ull have to get the firebug addon first. after u have it, press f12 (ie and chrome have it built in). in the opened windows, search for "data-service-account-id". u will find a "<form class="bgamepanel__esection mvariant_single mgameplay jsserviceplay mgamecanbeimproved" data-service-account-id="your_id_here" method="get" action="#">" tag. edit the class attribute, and delete "bgamepanel__esection" from it, and u got the play button.
