Cannot receive mail

    on our dwarf craft we cant open mailbox.. it all the time write that "you cant in nonsafe zone" but i tried all towns.. relogs.. but its now 6 days and still cannot open mail box ( and have there stucked money from auctions)

    somebody have same problem ?
