ewrs are not available in-game coz they were used for oe.
ppl are enchanting weapons now, while this limited time offer is still available.
weapons enchanted this way are not time limited.
if you wont enchant now, you dont know when next chance will show up.

this enchant dont have 100% enchant rate, but if it fails enchant value stays unchanged.
you can enchant weapon with it up to +15.
lucky enchant stone on other hand increase chance for successfull enchant by 10%.
(those stones are available on our server fo 2.39 euro)
