Rune of Crystal 7day

it doesnt work i wasted money on it and it is weasting its time as it doesnt work properly on it it says when i have it in my invetory it decresses penalty grades i tried it i had 3rd weapon penalty lvl without that rune and with rune is the same fix it

 

hi,
this rune work like this:
you have rune lvl 3
so when you have lvl 37 you can equip c grade (grade lvl-power of rune= lvl when you can equipe)
eg 40-3=37(c grade)
76-3=73 (s grade)
this rune don't decress your grade penalty lvl.
