Unknow window for skill search after TP

1. name (summary-short bug description).
a stange windows poped up with many petition answer evaluations (see screen below) after a simple gatekeeper teleportation


2. full description.
see screen below:
i was in talking island, and i used the gatekeeper to go to the ruins. once i got ported, many windows poped out immediatly, asking me to evaluate a gm answer on a petition. (i did not fill any petition)
with that, another window poped out with two fields skill id and id. once i filled one of these two fields, many skills showed on the window (see screen below)

i was not able to reproduce the error
