problem with receiving mail

hi i cant receive any mails ingame, when i click "x" and "mailbox" i got msg: "you cannot receive or send mail with attached items in non-peace zone regions" after that nothink change on screen, i dont see window with mails.

-i am in town
-i was restarting game few times
-on my 2nd account everythink is ok
-my inv is 40/100 and 20% weight

my nick ingame tupolew, server core
on mails i should have 30kk +- from auctions
